Well you can not download.. It is against privacy of Microsoft.
Now do one thing so that if you loose you OS cd in future.
When you get a new cd then copy content of whole cd in your computer .. . so that in future if you loose cd again then you can run setup from there ( DONT FORGET TO NOTE CD KEY)
