I have a burned windows XP Pro Disc so I assumed it is not genuine but I have a genuine key o.O. Non-genuine+genuine=?

As long as XP on the disc is the same kind as the XP key, yes.
Not just Pro and Home.. there are three different types of XP discs and keys - retail, OEM, and volume licensing. For example, an XP volume license disc will not install with a retail key.
