HOW TO Share files / folders XP PRO ethernet / 802.11 to router.?

I have two computers I would like to share file between.

1. windows xp pro 802.11G to a router

2. windows xp pro ethernet to the same rouhter.

is ti possible to share files?

set up network folders?

i'm looking for guides and wiki how.. etc.

I consider my self a intermediate user i can follow a guide pretty well.

is firewall a factor?
