About windows XP!?

I want to purchase original windows XP Pro. Can anybody tell me the address where I can get it and its cost? Can anybody tell me that how many times I can install it on my computer?

You can go to the microsoft website and they will have infomation on where it can be purchased or downloaded. The amount of licenses will depend on how many licenses you buy.

Others have answered some good questions but also take note of the following:

If you buy a retail copy of any windows xp OS, you can reinstall as many times as you want and not have an issue with reactivation

If you buy an OEM copy, you CAN reinstall, however microsoft will be very anal about reinstallation and you will have to activate via a longer process every time. The first or 2nd times wont be too bad, depending how long the period is in between reactivation... hope this helps
The upgrade version runs you about $199 for XP Pro. This is for 1 license, which means you can install it on 1 computer only. You can find the copy in retail stores such as Best Buy or Circuit City.

Well, it depends where you live.

If there is a BestBuy around, go there.

XP is getting cheaper since Vista came out, so don't worry about the price. =]

As to how many times you can install it on your comp, as long as you have the installation codes and everything that came along with the CD in the box, you are free to install it as many times as you want.

(but I don't think you'll need to do that, unless you are the kind of person who likes to reformat your comp)
