I have a CD created where you just put inside the CDROM, you can just reboot and hit certain commands to bypass Windows 2000, XP, NT or even 2003.

I created this CD from a source in online. Forgot the name though. I left the CD in my office.

well i bypass it on windows xp home by only having one account.. it usually just boots up to the Desktop
You don't. If you were just setting up the computer just reinstall Windows, it will only set you back another half hour. If you were just setting up an account on an existing computer you will need to get a third party product that will allow you to access the account on the hard drive and reset the password. No other way, passwords are there for security and if it was that easy to get around them there would be no point in having them in the first place.
