"Proret.msi" is the main installer file on the Office XP Professional (retail) CD. It cannot be legally obtained unless you have the original installation CD. It may show as only Proret if you're not showing file extensions in Windows Explorer.

If you have a copy of xp pro you should be able to get it from there. If not type PRORET.MSI FILE for Windows XP PRO in your search window and take it from there.
